While a few of our teammates were in Eastern Massachusetts for an epic MTB race today, AZW and I were in Western Massachusetts at The Great Josh Billings RunAground Triathlon.

It was an excellent event, again. The road bike leg was as intense as usual with the nutty start on Main Street in Great Barrington. Arlen and I made the third group. He can probably break down the bike leg better than I can. I was in the Ironman Kayak solo division and he was on the Pfizer Corporate Team. My full race report has some cool photos.
